Every year Rolls-Royce Motorcars allocates space in their villa at 17 Mile Drive for select affinity partners. Brands they feel can mutually elevate one another without directly competing.

in 2017 Ritz-Carlton Reserve occupied one of the bedrooms in the villa. The ask was to showcase four of their Reserve properties in Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand and Puerto-Rico.

We created an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of the main villa. A screening room that showcased their offerings. A floral wall that brought flora from their exotic locales to Monterey, a bar with location themed cocktails, a gallery wall of their exquisite sites, iPads that steamed the best guest photos from across their social media, and more.

In short, we created an environment where the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton could easily converse with attendees and have an array of touch-points for their use within arms reach.

The whole experience was brought full circle with a partnership where Rolls-Royce provided their exemplary leather, the same leather you would find in their cars, so that branded luggage tags could be made as takeaway gifts – complete with monogramming.
