A robust sales incentive program recognizes top achievers, and the apex of this select group is rewarded annually with a top-caliber, luxury experience to world-class destinations. 350 top sales consultants + their guests traveled to Cannes, France–spending 5 days and nights celebrating their success.

Our mission was to create programming that would not only entertain but inspire the guests and elevate their experience to match the luxury Rodan + Fields embodies.

I was tasked to bring the team together and pitch the creative concept and execution of this exclusive experience.

Fashion meets beauty

The five-day experience had its concept rooted in both place and dreams. Leveraging the stunning setting of Cannes, the team created a fashion event that made the attendees feel like A-listers. Stepping onto the tarmac at the Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, a velvet rope opened, a champagne cocktail awaited, and the dizzying flashes of the horde of paparazzi raced to meet the attendees as they entered the event.

Our team handled everything from scenic design, to casting/talent booking, wardrobe styling, lighting, and logistics. The looks were chosen in partnership with e-tailers, such as Farfetch, who brought current seasons and vintage, showcasing top-of-the-line aesthetic on models such as Christie Brinkley.

All makeup styling was done with Rodan + Fields products as part of the beauty kit.
